Job Description

Developing prospective clients.Property appraisal & pricing negotiation with clients.Market Researches.Performing Marketing plans.Study property listings.Representing buyers & Sellers through negotiations.Interview prospective clients.Accompany clients to property site.Discuss terms & conditions of sale.Closing Deals & finalizing the sale.Draw up real estate contracts.Discuss available projects & units for prospected buyers.Reporting activities to the company management.Maintaining good relations with costumers.Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy.Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
