Our client is a UAE based financial technology services company, with a focus on providing digital investment services to regulated entities within the GCC. They offers solutions directly to banks and to other financial institutions, empowering them to better penetrate their retail customer base and strengthen the proposition for HNI’s. 
Job OverviewOur client is currently looking for a Call Center Agent who can help their operations by receiving calls, answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting issues utilizing our products and services. The successful candidate will grow and emerge as the company grows! 

Skills

Skills/Qualifications required: • Bachelorʼs degree, preferably in Finance• Professional fluency of Arabic and English• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely under stress• Exceptional customer service, organizational skills, and time-management• Proficiency with computers• Previous experience in operations
Responsibilities: 
• Answering or calling clients to address their needs, complaints and other product/services issues• Accurately and efficiently responding to client’s inquiries, ensuring full customer support• Utilizing software and scripts to provide excellent consistent customer service
